One thing I believe responsible for low or no sales is lack of visibility.
You may have the best product or offer the best service or possess the greatest skill but once you are not visible, I mean you are not positioned where those who need your product and services and willing to pay are, then you will continue to suffer.

Shops and Stores Partnership
Especially if you are starting with no cash at all, you can strike a deal with shop, store or supermarket owners to set up a stand and exhibit your products to incoming customers or passerby and agree on a percentage to give them from your profit each day.
This always works if you are trying to sell a product rather than a service or skill.
The last time I did it, on a bad day, I leave with #5000 after giving the shop owner the agreed-upon percentage. At the end of the period, they become your retailer haven established a customer base for the product there.
You can repeat this across different shops and locations simultaneously or one after the other.

Depending on the type of product or service you provide we have many people who have grown audience and followership on social media, you pick the one who does things in the area of what you do and do them an offer to help you promote your product/service

Many people have come to understand the powerful effect of using teaching and training as a medium for promoting and publicizing their products or services.

Create Your Own Program and Become Your Own Media Broadcaster
Now I’m not saying that you should go and pay for airtime to air your program on radiology or tv because that is very expensive for you as a small business owner or startup.
But your Social media wall is just as free and has as effective if you carefully and consciously build an audience by creating posts and contents on different topics around that which concerns your product or service.
Use it as a medium to build an audience who you can now recommend your products or service to.
These contents should be scheduled as in a media program and share or broadcast them at regular intervals – say every Friday by 6 pm you have a topic you discuss around that area after which you present your product.

Influencers can help you double your sales. Like social media influencer, you can liaise with people with credibility and recognition (group admin/moderator, presenters, actors and artists, public figures, church leaders etc) to speak for you in high traffic platforms which they control (radio, tv, WhatsApp group, Facebook group, Instagram page etc)
By making them an offer, you give them some of your products for free to test and still propose commission for them on each sale on their platform.
The reward is much more than the effort.
